1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "jilohd," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the jilohd platform and its operating entity, which provides online casino and sports betting services at jilohd.net.
• "Platform" means the jilohd website located at jilohd.net, including all pages, sub-pages, games, features, and services available thereon.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the jilohd Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means a registered player account created on the jilohd Platform in accordance with the registration process described herein.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, or other incentive-based credits awarded to a player's Account under a specific promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before any winnings derived therefrom become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" or "Know Your Customer" refers to the identity verification process required before withdrawal processing or as otherwise requested by jilohd.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body governing gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "PHP" or "₱" refers to the Philippine Peso, the functional currency of the jilohd Platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the jilohd Platform, creating an Account, or using any service provided by jilohd, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the jilohd Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease your use of the jilohd Platform and, if applicable, close your Account.

jilohd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

3 Eligibility

To register and use the jilohd Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling;
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of access and play;
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, director, or officer of jilohd or any of its affiliated entities, subsidiaries, game suppliers, or payment service providers;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from jilohd or been subject to a permanent account closure under these Terms;
• You are not subject to any court order, legal restriction, or regulatory prohibition that would prevent you from entering into a legally binding agreement.

jilohd reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, or location at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified in the request may result in account suspension pending verification.

4 Account Registration

To access real-money games and services on jilohd, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. By completing registration, you warrant that:

• All information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number — is accurate, current, and complete;
• You will promptly notify jilohd of any changes to your registered information;
• You will not register more than one Account on the Platform, whether using the same identity information or different information;
• The payment methods you register and use on jilohd are owned by or legitimately issued to you.

jilohd operates a strict one-account-per-player policy. The discovery of duplicate accounts — regardless of whether the duplication was intentional — will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances, bonuses, and pending withdrawals held therein.

jilohd reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

5 Account Security

You are solely and fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time verification codes. Specifically, you agree to:

• Select a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service;
• Never share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances;
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available and recommended by jilohd;
• Notify jilohd immediately via our support team if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

jilohd will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate credential security, your voluntary disclosure of credentials to a third party, or your use of the Platform on an unsecured or shared device without logging out.

6 Deposits

jilohd accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) through the following supported payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier; current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your Account.

The following conditions apply to all deposits made on jilohd:

• All funds deposited into your jilohd Account must originate from a payment account or instrument that is owned by and registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• jilohd does not accept cash deposits or deposits from anonymous payment sources.
• Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your Account within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking day to reflect, subject to the sending institution's processing timelines.
• jilohd does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which jilohd bears no responsibility.
• jilohd reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds for any deposit, particularly where deposits are of a significant value or exhibit patterns that warrant further review under applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

Deposited funds held in your Account do not accrue interest. jilohd holds player funds in designated accounts separate from operating funds in accordance with responsible platform management practices.

7 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available real-money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible.

• KYC Verification: All players must complete KYC identity verification before their first withdrawal is processed. jilohd may request a government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS, GSIS, or UMID card), a selfie, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC will result in the withdrawal being placed on hold until documentation is received and approved.
• Processing Times: Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within five (5) minutes during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) banking days depending on the receiving institution.
• Withdrawal Review: jilohd reserves the right to conduct additional security and fraud checks on any withdrawal request. Where such a review is initiated, processing times may be extended. jilohd will notify the affected player via their registered email address.
• Bonus Fund Restrictions: Only funds derived from real-money deposits and winnings on real-money play (after satisfying applicable wagering requirements) are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus Funds themselves are not withdrawable.

jilohd reserves the right to reverse or decline any withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or where the withdrawal would contravene applicable law or regulatory requirements.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

jilohd offers various promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards to eligible players from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly provide otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Unless the specific promotion states differently, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are eligible for withdrawal.
• Bonuses are valid for a specified redemption period. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that have not been claimed or the wagering requirement met within this period will be automatically forfeited without notice.
• jilohd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any player who has already opted in to a promotion prior to its cancellation will have their bonus treated on a case-by-case basis.
• Only one bonus may be active in a player's Account at any one time unless the specific promotion explicitly permits stacking.
• Bonus offers are intended for recreational players only. jilohd reserves the right to restrict, recalculate, or withhold bonuses where it determines that a player is exploiting promotions, engaging in bonus abuse, or participating in coordinated play designed to extract value from promotional offers.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless and until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

9 Game Rules & Conduct

All games available on the jilohd Platform are governed by the rules published by their respective providers, as displayed within each game interface. By playing any game on jilohd, you acknowledge that:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing and draw procedures conducted in real time. jilohd does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot and other applicable titles are published in the game information section. These figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes in any individual session.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or error during gameplay, jilohd will attempt to resolve the issue using game server logs. Where a round cannot be completed or verified, jilohd may void the affected round and refund the stake to your Account Balance.
• You will conduct yourself in a lawful and respectful manner at all times, including in live dealer chat functions. Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language directed at dealers, other players, or jilohd staff is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension.

jilohd's decision on any dispute arising from game outcomes, technical faults, or conduct matters is final and binding, subject only to applicable regulatory review processes.

10 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jilohd Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and pending withdrawals, and may be reported to the relevant regulatory and law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or any subsequent verification process;
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21 years;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful source;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform or its games;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an advantage in any game, including live dealer games;
• Charge-backs, payment reversals, or any attempt to reclaim deposited funds through your payment provider while those funds remain in your Account or have been wagered;
• Any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome offers, using low-risk betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent, or coordinating with others to extract value from promotions;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the jilohd Platform — including but not limited to the jilohd brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jilohd or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, copying, distributing, publishing, or commercially exploiting any content from the Platform;
• Modifying, reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software used on the Platform;
• Using jilohd's trademarks, brand name, or logo in any manner without express prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of jilohd's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilohd's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jilohd expressly excludes liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect;
• Losses arising from interruption to the Platform due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, server outages, or third-party infrastructure failures;
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access was facilitated by your failure to maintain credential security;
• Losses caused by events beyond jilohd's reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, civil unrest, or governmental action;
• The content, accuracy, or availability of any third-party game software or provider services integrated into the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by jilohd's negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

13 Responsible Gaming

jilohd is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable leisure activity. If it stops being fun and starts causing financial, emotional, or social harm, it is important to seek help.

jilohd provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders, available on request through our 24/7 support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts to help manage your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic alerts after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from accessing the jilohd Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying the duration of your current session and your net gaming activity.

14 Account Suspension & Closure

jilohd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the period specified in a documentation request;
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct;
• Receipt of a charge-back or payment reversal from your payment provider;
• Discovery of multiple accounts operated by the same individual;
• Conduct by the account holder that jilohd determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform, its players, or its staff;
• A valid request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court of competent jurisdiction;
• Where jilohd determines, at its sole discretion, that continued operation of the account poses a risk to jilohd or other players.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any Balance and pending withdrawals may be forfeited at jilohd's sole discretion. Where an Account is closed for non-breach reasons (e.g., player-initiated closure or responsible gaming self-exclusion), any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to completed KYC verification.

You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting jilohd's support team. Account closure requests submitted voluntarily will be processed within five (5) business days.

15 Amendments to These Terms

jilohd reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jilohd will provide reasonable notice via a notification on the Platform or by email to your registered address.

The most current version of the Terms and Conditions will always be available on this page, identified by the "Last Updated" date at the top of the document. Continued use of the jilohd Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you disagree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 14 above.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and jilohd, you agree to first attempt resolution through jilohd's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our support team with a written description of the dispute. jilohd will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute submissions within ten (10) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within thirty (30) days of submission, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or a court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

You agree that any claim arising from your use of the jilohd Platform must be filed within one (1) year of the date the cause of action arose. Claims filed after this period are irrevocably waived.
